This policy explains how refunds work for Lucidify license purchases. Lucidify is a Chrome extension operated by an independent solo developer.

Free trial vs. refund window
The 7-day free trial runs before you purchase—it is separate from the 14-day refund window, which starts only after you complete a paid purchase.
Eligibility
The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to your first paid license purchase only. Repeat purchases, renewals, or second-chance purchases after a prior refund are not eligible. Requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
How to request a refund
Email lucidify.app@gmail.com from the email address used for your Polar checkout. Include your purchase confirmation or license key if available. No lengthy explanation is required.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued through Polar back to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer; allow up to 5–10 business days after approval. Your license will be deactivated once the refund is processed.
